Established in 1996, we are a second generation, family owned and operated, Queensland HVAC company;

offering experience when designing HVAC solutions for any application.

Health and Safety

We care safety and welfare of our teams. We work hard to achieve a zero safety incident score. To achieve this we:

  • minimise the risk to people and the environment by identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing control measures;
  • comply with legislative and statutory requirements;
  • maintain clear delegation of responsibilities and accountabilities;
  • involve all stakeholders and employees in the continuous improvement of our systems and procedures.

Environment and sustainability

Our environmental systems and procedures are integrated within our Safety System so that environmental management, along with all our other business activities, are controlled at all stages. Employees are trained to enable them to fulfil their duties in a manner that ensures the protection of the environment we work in. We manage the activities under our control to minimise adverse impact on the environment. To achieve this, we :

  • Comply with legislative and legal obligations.
  • Maintain a system whereby we regularly assess the potential impact of our operations and ensure that adequate control measures are in place.
  • Take reasonable practical steps to protect environmental values and conserve scarce resources.
  • Take into consideration the whole of life impact of our products and services.
  • Pursue opportunities for environmental improvement, waste reduction and recycling where appropriate.
  • Act as good corporate citizens, respect community values and assist Clients in achieving their environmental goals.
  • Set targets and conduct programs to ensure continuous improvement of our systems, procedures and performance.

Quality

When each person excel in their tasks, irrespective of how small or how big, the end result will be off high quality and value. We therefore incorporated our Quality Management System in all aspects of our business. This will ensure:

  • Providing customers with high quality installations and services which meet requirements and are fit for their purpose.
  • Operating the business to the systems required by ISO 9001: 2000.
  • Enhancing the skills of management and staff through review and actively pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare staff to perform their work more effectively.
  • Promoting the culture of continual quality improvements and the philosophy of getting things “right first time”.
  • Rigorously controlling the supply, installation and completion to program of all projects.
  • Promoting the quality management systems and ensuring implementation is achieved by internal auditing, management review, corrective and preventive action.
