Rockpool Residential Aged Care Carseldine

The Rockpool Residential Aged Care Carseldine project involves a new 6 storey
building. Ground level of the building is used for administration, back of house
areas, and various resident facilities, with levels 1 to 5 used for accommodation
and residential areas.

The Air conditioning for this project is by Daikin Australia. A mix of Daikin VRV
and Sky air products have been installed throughout. The Air Conditioning
system is in accordance with Applied Air Services P/L Design.
