The base building A/C system is comprised 13 roof plant mounted condensers across 6 multi module air cooled VRV heat recovery systems serving 61 fan coil units on each level. Simultaneous heating and cooling is achieved.
Car park ventilation, fire pump room, kitchen exhaust and control system.
